Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping)

About the role

Macquarie Inn in Dubbo is looking for a Housekeeper described as a hard-working, efficient person who makes every room feel like home away from home. The role is hands-on and involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain rooms to a high standard, following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican identify what needs repair and maintenance across the accommodation
• Work with the Front Office team to deliver special requests and make guests feel special

Required profile

• Attention to detail, with a sense of pride in the work done
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable
• Able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, including manual handling and lifting
