About the role
The Commercial Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated Head Chef and a close‑knit crew, delivering modern, innovative food in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work 5 days within a 7‑day operation.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent trade experience.
- Flexible, clear communication and strong customer service orientation.
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
- Reliable, dedicated, eager to continue learning and passionate about cooking.
