About the role

ALH, part of Endeavour Group, owns and operates more pubs than anyone else across Australia and is looking for a passionate Chef for its Deer Park Hotel. The role is central to creating memorable dining experiences that delight guests, and the position is casual.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that impress guests
• Contribute positively to a culture centred on safety and hygiene, with the guest experience at the heart of everything
• Maintain a consistent standard of high-quality, well-presented dishes that meet the ALH standard

Required profile

• Great experience in a fast-paced kitchen and the necessary trade cooking qualifications
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries
