Guest Service Agent – Full Time

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, delivering a warm and personalised welcome and ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out efficiently while maintaining luxury standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Melbourne dining, shopping and local experiences.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints with ownership and professionalism.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain security, confidentiality and accurate handling of guest information and payments.

Required profile

• Energetic, team‑focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Polished, professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a seven‑day roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer literacy and quick learning of hotel systems.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with confidence to take ownership of guest requests.
