Guest Service Agent – Beachfront Resort

About the role

Join the NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort team as a Guest Service Agent, delivering warm, professional service to guests in a stunning coastal setting. This casual position offers flexible hours across a 7‑day roster.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reception duties including bookings, invoicing, and guest check‑in/check‑out.
• Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries with a friendly tone.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure rooms are ready and stays run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and process transactions carefully.
• Share local recommendations to enhance guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous front‑office, guest service or reservations experience.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with strong multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with front‑office computer systems and reservations software (e.g., Newbook).
