Food & Beverage Attendant – Beachfront Resort

About the role

Join the NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering memorable service to guests in a stunning beachfront setting. You will work across various outlets, providing friendly, personalised hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general waiting and service duties for food and beverages.
• Process dockets accurately, including cashiering tasks.
• Set up and reset restaurants and conference/function areas as required.
• Serve in bar, coffee, and cocktail stations, handling high-volume orders.

Required profile

• Experience in waiting, barista, and bartending roles.
• Flexible availability for morning/evening shifts, weekends, public and school holidays.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Completion of a Food Safety (Do Food Safely) certificate.

Required skills

• Bar, cocktail and mixology proficiency.
• Barista skills with ability to manage rapid order flow.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
