Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, adaptable Growth Marketing Specialist to drive growth across Publift and the carsales portfolio of ad‑tech solutions for publishers. You will work at the intersection of marketing and sales, turning strategic positioning into targeted go‑to‑market initiatives that generate pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products.
• Drive full‑funnel initiatives from brand awareness to conversion, including events, email automation, partnerships, content, paid media and account‑based marketing.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and continuously optimise to maximise pipeline.
• Own initiatives end‑to‑end, from strategy through execution and measurement, collaborating with marketing, sales, product and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in B2B GTM, marketing operations or growth marketing.
• Background in ad‑tech, media, publishing or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
• Strong execution skills, stakeholder management and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, lean environment.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing and automation.
• Knowledge of paid media and account‑based marketing tactics.
• Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and publisher business models.
