Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

This is a high‑impact, hands‑on position within a small, ambitious B2B company. You will own both strategy and execution, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth across complex customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the overall growth marketing strategy.
• Take ownership of paid acquisition across key digital channels.
• Improve website and funnel performance throughout the customer journey.
• Use data and commercial insight to identify growth opportunities.
• Build a consistent testing and optimisation framework.
• Translate business goals into clear marketing priorities and measurable actions.
• Support and develop other marketers while remaining highly hands‑on.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis and campaign execution.

Required profile

• Background in growth, performance or digital marketing with ownership of strategy, execution and commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial mindset, comfortable working with leads, revenue and performance data.
• Ability to move between strategic planning and detailed execution.
• Experience coaching or managing other marketers.
• Excellent communication skills and clear analytical thinking.
• Positive, collaborative attitude suited to a small, fast‑growing team.
