Groups Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Lead the B2B and B2C Groups business for multiple travel brands across Australia and New Zealand. You will set strategy, own commercial performance and open new revenue streams, working closely with global leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver group sales and marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
• Own performance across all group channels, aligning product, pricing, inventory and sales execution.
• Grow MICE and incentive business, especially through Trafalgar River group.
• Guide pricing and development of global custom itineraries.
• Deliver national training, webinars and sales enablement for field teams.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership on collateral for custom groups.
• Represent the business at trade shows, conventions and industry events.
• Use Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven record of driving revenue growth and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen in B2B, B2C and group sales strategy.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑brand or multi‑channel businesses.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, key accounts and internal meetings.
