Group Product Manager

About the role

CreditorWatch is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead its core Manage portfolio, driving AI‑led innovation and overseeing multiple product squads. Reporting to the GM of Product, you will shape vision, strategy and roadmap while mentoring a senior product manager and the broader product triad.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Monitoring, Debtor Management and DebtorLogic, focusing on AI‑driven solutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of AI Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering accountability and customer‑centricity.
• Drive delivery teams to execute the roadmap, remove blockers and ensure timely releases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Data and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure success and continuously improve product processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning and scaling AI/ML‑powered products, including generative AI or predictive models.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as model lifecycle, training data and evaluation metrics.
• Track record defining product vision and roadmaps for technology or SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders with data‑driven insights.

Required skills

• Product management expertise in AI‑first or AI‑enabled SaaS products.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Ability to translate market, customer and business insights into product direction.
• Strong delivery leadership including prioritisation, dependency management and release execution.
