Group Marketing Manager - Recruitment (Multi-Brand)

About the role

A highly established premium and specialist Australian recruitment group with a national presence across 10+ brands is looking for a Group Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the role leads three key brands, including the largest in the group, and turns content and campaigns into measurable commercial growth in B2B and B2C channels. Sydney is preferred, with Melbourne considered.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling content, sales collateral and leadership thought leadership
• Partner with sales and agencies to run campaigns and events that engage clients and candidates and drive opportunities
• Optimise CRM integration, automation and customer journeys
• Track lead quality, conversions and campaign performance, and optimise platform spend
• Work with CSuite and Group Executives as brand custodian to engage key stakeholders

Required profile

• B2B marketing experience, within recruitment or professional services
• Strong writing and content skills, backed by measurable commercial results
• Ability to influence stakeholders across operations and sales
• Hands-on delivery with strategic judgement
