Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand

About the role

Fusion Markets is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing and Design team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will own brand‑focused visual work and collaborate closely with marketing to bring campaigns from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Transform creative briefs into on‑brand campaigns across social, email, paid ads and web.
• Design engaging email templates, landing pages and web banners that work on all devices.
• Sketch and storyboard concepts for video, motion and other visual assets.
• Create reusable Figma and Canva templates and maintain a tidy asset library.
• Partner with the Head of Design to evolve the brand and guide freelancers when needed.

Required profile

• Passion for typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent feedback cycles.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, product and senior design colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (components and templates).
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Fluency in Canva for template creation.
