Graphic Designer

About the role

Domaine Homes, part of Campbell Property Group, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create high‑quality, brand‑aligned design materials that support marketing campaigns, customer communications and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional assets such as brochures, signage, flyers, web banners, EDMs, social media graphics and in‑display collateral.
• Develop visually engaging, customer‑focused communications that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork correctly for digital or print output and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Digital teams to support campaign needs.
• Maintain internal asset libraries, contribute to design systems and ensure quality checks throughout production.

Required profile

• Creative flair with a collaborative approach to design.
• Previous experience in a similar in‑house or agency marketing role.
• Proven ability to design for both digital and print channels.
• Strong eye for detail, organized and deadline‑conscious in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with preparing artwork for digital publishing and commercial printing.
• Working knowledge of email, social media and digital ad design formats.
