About the role

Join Ability Action Australia’s Graduate Speech Pathology Program and launch your career supporting NDIS participants across Perth. You will receive structured onboarding, mentorship and hands‑on clinical experience while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology assessments and therapy in community or clinic settings.
• Write assessment reports and documentation, with NDIS support to streamline report writing.
• Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve therapy goals.

Required profile

• Graduating Speech Pathologist in 2026, eligible for SPA registration.
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Enthusiastic about learning, flexible work environments and making a difference.

Required skills

• Speech pathology assessment and intervention techniques.
• Understanding of NDIS processes and documentation.
