About the role
Intellect is a global mental‑health tech provider seeking qualified Clinical Psychologists to deliver telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, and therapy‑style consultations for employees across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite sessions, offering general advice and wellbeing support.
- Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
- Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.
Required profile
- Master’s in Clinical Psychology from an APAC‑accredited program.
- General registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia); Area of Practice Endorsement preferred.
- 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice.
- Active membership with ACA or PACFA (for counsellors) where applicable.
