Graduate Speech Pathologist

About the role

We are seeking 2026 graduates to join our private practice delivering paediatric speech pathology across four clinic locations. The role offers a blend of clinic‑based and community work within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services to children in clinic and community settings.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 supervision and monthly peer supervision sessions.
• Gradually build a manageable caseload with support from senior speech pathologists.

Required profile

• Full Australian work rights.
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain it.
• Degree in Speech Pathology.
• Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain before start).

What we offer

• Base salary $80,000 plus superannuation and up to $3,000 professional development allowance (total package $93,600).
