Graduate Quality Officer

About the role

The Graduate Quality Officer will support the AIR Alliance’s quality management initiatives across its Antarctic research and construction projects. Working closely with the Quality Manager and Project Controls Manager, you will help ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the integrity of the Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Alliance quality policies and procedures and complete assigned quality activities on time.
• Maintain accurate quality data, reporting, and documentation within the SharePoint environment.
• Assist with internal audit scheduling, logistics, findings tracking, and corrective action closure.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
• Help implement and verify inspection and test plans, and monitor supplier compliance.
• Participate in risk identification, assessment, treatment tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate mandatory quality training records and inductions.

Required profile

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Science, Business or a related field.
