About the role
Join Pepper Kids Therapy’s allied health practice as a Graduate Occupational Therapist in our 2027 Graduate Program. You will work across our four clinic locations delivering holistic paediatric care alongside speech pathology and psychology teams.
Required profile
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain it
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain before start)

- Manageable caseload with a gradual four‑month build‑up
- Weekly 1:1 supervision for six months, then fortnightly peer supervision

- Dedicated clinic room, admin support and flexible work hours (7:30 am–5:30 pm)
