Graduate Occupational Therapist – 2027 Program

About the role

Join Better Rehab’s 2027 Graduate Program as an Occupational Therapist supporting NDIS participants across Canberra. This community‑based role offers flexible work locations, mentorship and a structured pathway to professional success.

Key responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants aged 6–65 with neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial disability.
• Conduct assessments and design participant‑led therapy plans delivered in homes, day centres, parks and clinics.
• Build long‑term therapeutic relationships and track progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Required profile

• Occupational Therapy qualification, graduating in 2026 or January 2027.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check.

Required skills

• NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

• Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
