Associate Territory Manager – Joint Replacement

About the role

Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division to support surgeons performing hip and knee replacements across Canberra and surrounding regions. This field‑based position offers hands‑on experience with the MAKO robotic‑assisted surgery platform and a clear pathway toward a Territory Manager career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures in operating theatres.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff while partnering with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
• Assist with account management, sales growth activities, and logistics for surgical cases, instruments, and implants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health‑related or engineering discipline.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly throughout Canberra and regional areas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or a customer‑facing technical role.

Required skills

• Experience supporting healthcare professionals in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of orthopaedic surgery workflows and implantable medical devices.
• Familiarity with MAKO robotic‑assisted surgery technology.
