About the role
Join AIM Therapy’s graduate program as an Occupational Therapist and start your career supporting children and families in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop therapy plans for new families.
- Deliver fun, creative therapy sessions in clinic, community, schools, and homes.
- Work closely with schools, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy journeys, and support transitions.
Required profile
- Newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduate Occupational Therapist.
- Curious, compassionate, and people‑focused with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community visits.
Required skills
- Ability to build strong connections with children and families.
- Confidence in delivering engaging, sensory‑focused therapy activities.
