Graduate Engineer – Civil & Structural (Rail)

About the role
Martinus is looking for recent civil and structural engineering graduates to join the team working on the Inland Rail Albury to Parkes Enhancement Project near Forbes, NSW. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the rail construction sector while developing your engineering skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers on design and analysis tasks for the Inland Rail project.
- Support site inspections and documentation activities.
- Contribute to problem‑solving and detail‑oriented work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Recent graduate qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to learn and work in a fast‑paced project environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability.
