Graduate Architect – Modular Design & Documentation

About the role

Vabasis Pty Ltd is seeking a Graduate of Architecture/Architect to focus on modular design and documentation. The role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about prefabrication, innovative construction methods, and producing high‑quality documentation that supports efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist detailed design and construction documentation suitable for manufacturing and onsite assembly.
• Produce high‑quality working drawings, schedules, specifications, and technical details.
• Coordinate project information for stakeholders and record project actions.
• Participate in site inspections.
• Progress towards registration as an architect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Understanding of Australian building regulations and construction practices.
• Experience with modular, prefabricated, or off‑site construction is desirable.
• Experience on government projects in education, health, or housing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM and clash detection.
