About the role
HDR is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Engineers to join its Transport team in Brisbane, focusing on either Roads & Highways or Bridges & Transport Structures. You will work alongside experienced engineers on projects that improve connectivity across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of transport infrastructure projects under guidance of senior engineers and project managers.
- Assist with engineering calculations, design development, technical reports and project documentation.
- Develop technical and project delivery skills through practical experience on multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (expected graduation by end‑2026 or within the last 12 months).
- Strong interest in transport infrastructure, either Roads & Highways or Bridge & Structural Engineering.
- Analytical, problem‑solving ability and effective communication skills.
