About the role

The BMD Graduate Program 2027 is a structured entry‑level pathway designed to bridge academic study and professional practice in construction and infrastructure. Graduates will rotate across engineering, construction, commercial, finance and HSEQ functions, gaining hands‑on experience on major projects in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, coordination and day‑to‑day activities to support quality, safety and operational objectives.
• Contribute to project administration, reporting, cost tracking, procurement and documentation processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities, solve problems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders while learning project delivery best practices.
