Facade Project Manager

About the role

Join Queensland’s fastest‑growing façade company as a Project Manager, leading delivery of glazing, balcony balustrades, aluminium work and screens for high‑rise residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide design input to ensure façade systems meet standards, budgets and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors for optimal commercial outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and manage a diverse project team, overseeing on‑site installation and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage project budgets, resources and timelines; conduct reviews, prepare reports and handle invoicing and progress claims.
• Inspect installations locally and internationally, with weekly travel to sites and occasional overseas trips.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle façade projects, including design, procurement, fabrication, logistics and site installation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing margins, variations, claims and cash flow.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.
• Current passport, driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across South East Queensland and occasionally overseas.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline, or a trade qualification in commercial construction.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience using Jobpac (highly regarded).
• Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant legislation and Australian Standards.
