Google Ads & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of our paid and organic search activities, helping Pilates Reformers Australia attract more traffic, leads, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Remarketing.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular performance reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand goals.
• Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Assist with Meta Ads management across Facebook and Instagram.

Required profile

• Strong interest and basic experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, and SEO/SEM.
• Exposure to Google Ads and/or SEO, with familiarity of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager considered a plus.
• Good understanding of keyword research, campaign optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
• Formal qualifications or certifications in marketing or digital marketing are desirable.
