Global Head of Brand & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Global Head of Brand & Marketing to lead SLICKHAIR’s worldwide brand strategy and marketing execution. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will shape how the brand connects with customers across retail, digital, social and e‑commerce channels in every market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent global brand strategy across Australia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
• Own the full marketing calendar, from concept to launch, for flagship moments such as Coachella, holiday campaigns and the Target US rollout.
• Partner with the NPD team to position new products strategically from the start of the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing internal team, establishing efficient workflows, briefing processes and creative standards.
• Manage influencer strategy and external agency relationships to achieve clear strategic outcomes.
• Create market‑specific growth plans, including the 2026 Target US go‑to‑market strategy and alignment with retail partners such as Sephora, Priceline, Coles, Woolworths and Target US.
• Track brand performance metrics (sales, ROI, acquisition, engagement) and optimise conversion and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically at a global brand level while executing hands‑on marketing initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams in fast‑growing consumer brands.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
