General Practitioner – Primary & Occupational Health

About the role

The General Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary and occupational health services to patients both in the clinic and via telehealth. This full‑time hybrid role is based in Dianella, WA, combining on‑site assessments with remote consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑employment, periodic medical assessments and health surveillance for a range of industries.
• Manage workplace injuries and provide evidence‑based clinical care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic results, maintain accurate medical records and liaise with employers and allied health professionals.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance.

Required profile

• Current registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA as a General Practitioner and completion of recognised GP training.
• Clinical expertise in primary care with ability to manage acute and chronic conditions in occupational settings.
• Strong communication, documentation and time‑management skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to travel to client sites across Western Australia when required.

Required skills

• Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Experience or interest in occupational health, workers’ compensation or industrial medicine (highly regarded).
