General Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps)

About the role

CreditorWatch, an Australian data and technology company helping businesses manage commercial risk and improve cash flow, is looking for a General Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) after its acquisition by Warburg Pincus. This is a senior commercial leadership role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, covering Revenue Operations, Pricing Operations, Sales Enablement and GTM Engineering. It is based in Sydney CBD on a full-time hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the revenue operating model across acquisition, retention and expansion, and connect Sales, Marketing and the wider commercial function
• Drive revenue performance and predictability: annual planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting and sales incentive plans
• Build a single source of truth for revenue, customer and pipeline data, track ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn and conversion, and report to the CRO, Executive Leadership Team and Board
• Own pricing operations: price books, packaging, discount approvals, price change implementation and pricing governance
• Lead the commercial direction of the CRM and GTM technology stack, including lead management, opportunity tracking and quote-to-cash
• Identify and deliver AI and automation initiatives that reduce manual work and free up selling time

Required profile

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations, ideally in SaaS, fintech or a subscription business
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, pipeline performance and pricing
• Experience building a high-performing SaaS revenue engine and improving Salesforce processes
