General Manager – Pilates Studio (Perth)

About the role

The General Manager will lead all studio operations in Perth, overseeing sales, membership growth, and instructor management. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to ensure a thriving Pilates community.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and community events.
• Drive membership sales, retail, private training, and teacher‑training revenue streams.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Sales Associates and instructors.
• Maintain accurate inventory, studio cleanliness, and compliance with Club Pilates policies.
• Produce revenue and attendance reports using ClubReady.
• Handle outstanding dues, customer service issues, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and studio promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and coach a sales team.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy with confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClubReady studio software.
