General Manager – Operations Leadership

About the role

You will own the operational side of a fast‑growing buyer's agency, creating structure, improving efficiencies and developing people so the business can scale without the owners handling every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams across sales, administration and client services.
• Drive accountability, performance standards and a strong company culture.
• Review and improve systems, processes and operational efficiencies.
• Support sales performance, pipeline management and overall business growth.
• Monitor KPIs, produce reports and oversee overall business performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a senior leadership or operational management role.
• Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Track record of improving business performance and operational efficiency.
• Background in a small, fast‑growing business, preferably within house & land, channel sales, property, real estate, construction or a related industry.
