General Manager – Aussie Retail

About the role

The General Manager, Aussie Retail will own the national P&L for one of Australia’s most recognised mortgage brands, leading and scaling a franchise network while driving revenue and margin growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national franchise retail growth strategy aligned to group objectives.
• Scale the retail footprint while protecting unit economics and driving productivity uplift.
• Lead and coach state managers, build high‑performing teams and foster strong franchisee partnerships.
• Own the retail P&L, monitor productivity metrics and embed data‑informed leadership.
• Champion integration of retail within the Find‑Buy‑Own ecosystem and align with broader distribution functions.

Required profile

• Deep experience in mortgage broking, lending, aggregation, franchise networks or retail financial‑services distribution.
• Proven track record of growing networks through recruitment, retention and productivity improvement.
• Strong commercial leadership with ownership of a significant P&L.
• Ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams and build trusted relationships.
