General Foreman – Construction Site, Kensington

About the role

Infinity Constructions is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join a live project in Kensington. You will work closely with the Site Manager and a high‑performing project team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site crew and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Report to the Site Manager and liaise with the Project Manager on progress and issues.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee finishes work, ensuring specifications and timelines are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Foreman for a head contractor.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Expert understanding of building products, construction details, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
