Gaming Attendant - Noosa Reef Hotel

About the role

Noosa Reef Hotel is looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests through warm and authentic service. The role centres on complying with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations while engaging guests and contributing to a culture of responsibility focused on safety.

Key responsibilities

• Engage actively with guests by sharing your passion for the products and creating memorable experiences
• Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility centred on safety, RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Required profile

• Great with people, detail and communication, and motivated to make guests and teammates feel welcome
• Team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• Able to handle physical tasks safely and efficiently, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries
