Future Team Leader - Cruise Bookings, Carindale

About the role

Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is looking for a Future Team Leader for its Carindale store. The role combines customer service with sales, covering quoting, booking and invoicing of cruise bookings and packages, while helping meet monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Quote, book and invoice cruise bookings and packages
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Handle walk-in, email and telephone enquiries accurately and efficiently
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities
• Monitor and act on all relevant mailboxes daily
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service environment working towards sales targets
• At least 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the cruise or travel industry
• Ambitious, highly motivated and able to organise tasks efficiently

Required skills

• GDS experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
