Full-Time Store Manager - Angus & Coote Gladstone

About the role

Angus & Coote, a family-owned jewellery specialist with more than 130 years of heritage, is looking for an accomplished retail leader to become its Store Manager in Gladstone. You will lead your own business with autonomy, building a team, developing people and delivering strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team committed to personalised customer service.
• Build a culture where product knowledge, trusted advice and meaningful customer relationships drive sales.
• Recruit, mentor and develop future leaders in a positive, accountable environment.
• Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through sound business and financial acumen.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing a retail store and delivering strong commercial results.
• Enjoys coaching and developing people and leads by example.
• Confidently identifies growth opportunities and makes sound commercial decisions.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solves problems confidently, handles difficult conversations professionally and builds trusted relationships with customers and team members.
