About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Sales Assistant to join the MaxMara flagship store on Collins Street, Melbourne. The role supports the luxury fashion brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to customers in women’s ready‑to‑wear collections.
- Utilise sales techniques to achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain visual standards and product knowledge.
- Process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and operate autonomously when required.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in women’s wear or ready‑to‑wear fashion retail, preferably with luxury brands.
- Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
- Availability to work Mondays, evenings and weekends.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and confidence in a high‑energy setting.
- Sales‑driven, budget‑focused and highly organised.
- Team player who can also work independently.
Required skills
- Computer competency for POS and inventory systems.
