About the role

The Sales Advisor is the friendly face of the store, welcoming customers and embodying the COS brand. You will provide high‑level service throughout the shop floor, from greeting shoppers to assisting at the cash desk and fitting rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering personalized assistance.
• Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise new garments.
• Maintain a welcoming and well‑presented store environment.
