Full-Time Merchandiser - Metro Perth

About the role

Mondelēz International, which owns Cadbury and other global snack brands, is hiring a full-time merchandiser for the Metro Perth area. You will be responsible for a set of stores and work with customers there, driving product visibility and availability. The role comes with a fully maintained company car and requires a valid driver's licence.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient and effective in communication.
• Build product displays in line with standards and in the pre-agreed locations.
• Use impactful point-of-sale displays to generate shopper interest.
• Keep products available on shelf and look for extra ways to help shoppers enjoy them.
• Use merchandising techniques to maximise visual impact and shelf availability.

Required profile

• A self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills and a high drive for results.
• Ideal candidate lives in Metro Perth and is willing to drive and cover various locations across WA as required.
• Valid Australian driver's licence.
• Experience in merchandising, retail and/or supermarkets is highly preferred but not required.
