Full-time Demi Chef in Brisbane Hotel Kitchen

About the role

AccorHotel’s ibis Styles Brisbane is seeking a passionate and reliable Demi Chef to join its energetic kitchen team. You will prepare and present high‑quality dishes for breakfast buffets, à la carte lunch and dinner, as well as conference catering.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and ensure mise en place is ready for all service types.
• Uphold food safety standards, follow strict stock rotation, minimise waste and assist with stock control.
• Care for equipment, report any issues to the Executive Chef and support a collaborative kitchen atmosphere.

Required profile

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship).
• Strong teamwork, flexibility and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
