Front Office Duty Manager

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for a dynamic Front Office Duty Manager to lead the front desk team at ibis Styles Brisbane. This hands‑on position ensures smooth daily operations and delivers the high‑quality guest experience expected of the Accor brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee check‑in, check‑out, billing and reporting processes.
• Handle guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive revenue through upselling, loyalty programmes and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, security and Accor brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Front Office Duty Manager or similar role in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and evenings.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems, especially Opera.
• Familiarity with Accor internal systems.
