Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Shine Solutions is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and operate high‑quality, production‑grade systems at scale. You will be a trusted technical expert who values code quality, system design, and the impact of your work on clients and users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and AWS.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Make architectural decisions and solve complex debugging challenges.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong backend experience with a focus on design and problem‑solving.
• Hands‑on experience building, deploying, and operating production systems on AWS.
• Ability to build trust with clients and translate technical decisions into business value.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and navigating change.
