About the role

Join the Elysia Wellness Retreat in the Hunter Valley as a Front Office Supervisor, supporting the Front Office Manager in daily operations and leading a high‑performing team to deliver a warm, wellness‑focused guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading the Front Office team to provide seamless guest service from arrival to departure.
• Create a welcoming environment aligned with the retreat’s wellbeing values.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Handle guest feedback with empathy, ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Oversee front office operations including bookings, reporting and daily procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a front office or guest‑facing role, preferably supervisory.
• Natural leader with strong people skills and a team‑first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a calm, professional presence.
• Guest‑first approach and passion for personalised service.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with front office systems.
• Knowledge of trust accounting processes.
