Required profile

• Experience or exposure to front office operations in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay composed and agile in a fast‑paced environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Confidence using front office systems (Microsoft Office & Opera cloud).
• A sharp eye for detail and problem‑solving mindset.
