About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant will support the team across breakfast, dinner, conference and event services at Mercure Gold Coast Resort, serving locally inspired food and beverages to resort guests.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests in the restaurant, buffet breakfast, cart service, bar and various conference/event spaces.
- Set up event spaces and create high‑quality beverages from coffee to cocktails and mocktails.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team, chefs and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar hotel or resort role.
- Valid RSA Certificate and full availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and guest‑service skills with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Barista experience.
- Bartending experience.
