About the role

YOMG Glen Waverley is looking for a full-time Front of House Supervisor. The role sits within the hospitality industry, where the employer pays according to the Fast Food Industry Award. Agencies are asked not to apply; the employer wants to speak directly with candidates.

Required profile

  • Availability to work 38 hours per week on a five-day roster, including days, nights and weekends as required.
  • Experience managing a front of house customer service team.
  • A leadership approach that maintains exceptional service and a positive customer experience.
  • A hands-on, self-motivated and solutions-focused attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, and a willingness to learn and uphold YOMG's standards.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality, quality food and exceptional service.
