Cook - Shoppingtown Hotel

About the role

ALH, part of Endeavour Group, owns and operates more than 350 Australian pubs and is looking for an enthusiastic Cook for its Shoppingtown Hotel in Doncaster. You will work as part of a dynamic kitchen team preparing high-quality dishes that delight guests. The position is casual.

Key responsibilities

• Complete food preparation and cleaning according to ALH standards
• Contribute to a culture of responsibility centred on safety and procedural compliance
• Work with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that impress guests
• Handle stock, kegs and deliveries by hand, including lifting

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast-paced, bistro-style kitchen
• Passion for the guest experience and for delivering high-quality dishes
• Great organisation and communication skills
• Able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, as the role involves manual handling and lifting
