About the role
The Front Of House team at Glen Street Theatre is the first point of contact for patrons attending performances and events. This casual position involves delivering friendly, efficient service in a busy 400‑seat professional theatre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and pack down venue spaces to meet event and patron requirements.
- Maintain the appearance and safety of all theatre areas for patrons and performers.
- Check ticket validity and guide patrons to their allocated seating.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and provide information.
- Manage sales of food, beverage, merchandise and support ticketing services.
Required profile
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic with a passion for community service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

- Hourly rate of $36.74 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus superannuation.
