Front Desk Agent

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering legendary luxury service throughout check‑in, check‑out and general enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrivals and departures, handling the check‑in and departure process.
• Manage guest reservations, cash handling and credit‑card transactions.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
• Support the front office team with general operational tasks and build strong guest relationships.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar front‑desk role.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
